Alycia is a champion for great ideas and the people who dream them. Simply stated, she is a creative problem solver dedicated to seeing people win.

She works at the intersection of entrepreneurship x economic development x culture & creativity. Through the creation of ASL Creative Firm, a program and project management firm. She has supported various organizations and personal efforts that have created spaces, education, and partnerships with the purpose of closing the wealth gap by supporting the creation and scale of black owned businesses.

With experience in community & stakeholder engagement, program and project management She is a firm advocate for equity in entrepreneurship. Classically trained and well traveled. She also operates ASL Music Group where she’s released several projects including “More Fight” a musical project in partnership with AFSP (American foundation for suicide prevention) aimed at breaking the stigma around mental health & wellness.

Alycia loves people and she believes we can live the life we deserve beyond our wildest dreams. Sometimes, we need encouragement and a little push. She’s the friend that's here to talk you into your destiny.

Jaeden handles all things in regards to membership, the POLARIS board, graphic design and sitting side by side with our founder Alycia Levels-Moore as her right hand man helping out where it is needed. He helps her come up with her innovative and creative ideas, event organization and more. He also, owns and operates his own business, Jaeden Henderson Enterprises LLC which houses his ministry, “Jaeden Henderson Ministries,” and his graphic design business, “By Faith JAEDZIGNZ” where he creates websites, flyers, logos, brochures, newsletters, and so much more.

Gary is the Polaris BHM director/media producer/engineer who handles everything in regards to sound, photography, videography, mixing, podcast recording and more. He oversees the Podcast Studio, powered by his company Harvest House Media, where he directs, records, edits and prepares your podcast and other media needs. Gary’s company, Harvest House Media, also specializes in audio recording, video recording, video editing, lights, sound equipment rentals, mixing, graphics, web design, music production and so much more. The second tier section of his company focuses on Information Technology support. Gary is proud to partner with Polaris and its clients visions to being them to life.
